Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. We'd like to further clarify and provide guidance regarding account deletion to address your concerns.

At this time, the account deletion functionality is only available via our mobile app. If you are a member with an active subscription, please note that it is necessary to cancel your subscription prior to proceeding with account deletion. We understand that this may not have been immediately clear, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.

To assist you in deleting your account, we encourage you to follow these steps:

Open the X-Design app:
1. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select the "Manage Account" button, then navigate to "Safety Center."
3. Choose the "Delete Account" option.

We understand that the lack of account deletion functionality on the web version may have caused inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for that. Please rest assured that we are actively working on optimizing our platform, and this feature will be available on the web version in the near future. In the meantime, if you find the app-based deletion process inconvenient or require additional assistance, you can contact our online support team directly through the X-Design web platform. The live chat option can be found in the bottom-right corner of the webpage (https://www.x-design.com). Simply provide your UID, and we will assist you in handling the account deletion process.
