Club in bcn does not know zaza
I bought the complete bcn pass. Acces to 30+ shops in Barca. Youll get the adress and a QR code, but in the shop no one knows about this zazapass. They say to me youll need invite, and pay a fee to become member anyway. So actually i bought the zazapass for nothing. Pure scam?

Advertised a 1-year pass, gave a 3-months pass
Advertised a 1-year pass with that price but when I went to the place they said it is only a 3-months pass. Otherwise easy to use.

Absolute bollox stay well clear
Absolute bollox stay well clear, travelled a while paid for a pass and was given vague address details and had to leave without finding it, absolute load of bollocks and ruined my last few days on holiday

Die Shops sind seit November 2024 auf den Kanaren geschlossen und diese Tickets werden immer noch verkauft!!! Das ist Betrug! Hab dies per Email an den Anbieter mitgeteilt als Reklamation und Widerrufs Recht! Sie werden ignoriert!

Zasapass Teneriffa aufpassen !!!
Zasapass online gekauft und bezahlt (Februar 2025)für Teneriffa social Clubs. Als ich dort ankam sagten mir die einheimische das die Clubs seit November 2024 zu haben. So als würde ich essen bestellen und es kommt nie!

Ich habe mich für goodlife in Adeje entschieden weil, er der einzige Laden auf Ihrer Homepage war und habe für 20 Euro eine Einladung bekommen. Kurz darauf habe ich feststellen müssen das der Laden vorübergehend geschlossen ist (bis heute).

Schlechter Service
War im Urlaub auf Teneriffa und habe mir durch die Platform einen Pass für ein Social Club geholt. Dieser hatte zu der Zeit aber leider geschlossen und deswegen konnte ich auch nichts mit der Mitgliedschaft machen. Nun warte ich seit über zwei Wochen auf eine Antwort für einen Refund über Paypal.
