I have used Zebit for almost 5 years…

I have used Zebit for almost 5 years now. I have never had any issues. When the platform was working it was 100% legit, trustworthy and reliable. I have been trying to login for the last month now to get ready for Christmas, but the landing page keeps repeating itself over and over, not allowing me to log in. Please fix this.

I purchased a washer in October of…

I purchased a washer in October of 2021. I also purchased a 5 year geek squad service plan at the same time. My washer has been broken for over a week. The customer service number does not work and the help@zebit email does not respond. I should not have to pay a huge amount to have my washer repaired when I have a service plan agreement.
Please respond to your customers. I would be happy if they could provide me with a copy of my geek squad service agreement, so I can prove to Best Buy that I do have it. Best buy says they have no record of it.

paid off my orders and was a good cutomer, cant contact them and now for weeks says i cant make payments yet i have a 750 dollar credit charge account, after reading reviews from others, i would not pay full price, for i dont know if i would get the merchandise and their prices are higher than anywhere else

I've been with Zebit for over 10 years…

I've been with Zebit for over 10 years and recently in the last 3 months I have not been able to place an order or get an email back from customer service. They could at least have an automated email stating they are shutting down or something. It was disheartening because I like to use Zebit for Christmas. It was very different this year because they never responded. Poor way to handle business zebit.

Zebit Going out of Business???

Can I purchase anything from Zebit. It's been over 3 months. Every time you email them they say they're reviewing their platform in reality is they are going out of business

For months now customers cannot place…

For months now customers cannot place orders. The company has put no statements out nor have even respected customers enough to at least sent an explanatory email. When you send an email questioning them they sent a very vaque reply that states they are addressing issues with their platform. I understand that they wont make a statement they are closing down because of fearing customers may take steps to avoid paying if they can no longer purchase, but there are people who do not owe yet are still customers... Christmas has to be the busiest time for them and the fact they still arent receiving orders on NOVEMBER 28th speaks volumes...

Upset Customer

I have been using Zebit for a while now and I never had a problem until recently. They are not allowing me to purchase anything. It keeps saying checkout is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance and financing options are currently unavailable. I have always made my payments on time and they have never had an issue with me. I’m not the only one they are doing this too either. Even though I can’t purchase, I am still making my payments on previous purchases with no problems. When I email them, they take forever to respond back and then they never give me a straight answer. I have received responses back from a lady named Kathy, but she never has an explanation or an answer. It’s really frustrating! I like using them, especially at Christmas, but I can’t get e-certificates or just purchase any thing else. Zebit, let’s get this fixed so your customers will continue to use your services. You guys are on the verge of losing good business.

Zebit went to a two factor…

Zebit went to a two factor authorization process. I never receive the second email. I tried multiple times to resolve. Got as far as their bot resetting my password which wasn't the problem and something I didn't request. You can't call them due to the pandemic as they shuttered their "call" center. I did file a complaint with the FTC, and am working with the San Diego Business news on an investigative piece. Also looking at a potential class action based on the excessive delivery fees on their gift card deliveries.

Used to get replies from this company…

Used to get replies from this company but really they all repeated the same answer. Email several times as of late and absolutely no response. Again, my gripes have been placed in previous posts. I did get a response on here to email them, and I did. No further response from them. Site under maintenance for a couple weeks now. Unable to use financing. I would think this would lose them lots. Also no ecertificates for about 5 months. Also under maintenance!?! I also wish I would get a straight answer. I use this site for Christmas a lot too. Both merch and ecertificates. I need to make plans to purchase elsewhere if this company is going out.

no response from customer service

Like others here, the site says Under Maintenance and will not allow me to check out. I have emailed them multiple times and I am getting NO response from them. They are responding here on other reviews to email them, but why when they are not responding to emails? This all seems rather shady, especially with the review from one of their vendors saying they have not been paid.

when are the Ecerts coming back

I just want a straight answer about the Ecerts . I have emailed many times in the past 3 to 4 months . I use the ecerts alot at christmas, I have lots of kids and grandkids and this is an awesome way to budget . I have nothing but great things about this company have purchased many gift cards and a lot of Items I would give them 5 stars but I need answers about the ecerts - not the generic answer

Unable to use Zebit for weeks

I haven't been able to make any purchases for weeks now. I contacted customer service multiple times I keep being told that financing has been temporarily paused while they address matters with their platform. I keep getting generic answers whenever I reach out to them

I have been using Zebit for about four…

I have been using Zebit for about four years. All of a sudden I placed the order for a Nintendo switch it was sent out, but then I see that the company had it sent back to the factory. I only see this on FedEx site. I cannot get in touch with anyone, my down payment is made & They’re taking payments out every week and I don’t even have the item and I’ve been contacting them for a good month now and no one has responded, I’m thinking about just taking my car off the site until they contact me because this is horrible. I’m offended. I’m upset we have no number we have no way of getting contact with them. This sucks. And they can still take money from us even though we don’t have the product this is poor is that

Zebit - where are you?

I have been using Zebit for a number of years now and so far only one hiccup dating back to account infancy. Now - I placed a order on 09/04/2023 - Only received 2 items out of the 6 ordered. Received a tracking Number from FedEx, suddenly delivery is to be delayed, then with no communication, the item(s) are being shipped back to the point of departure. No emails, NO response to service requests, and yet my down payment has already been made, no word on the other items in the order and now I have a payment due at the end of the month...! I think NOT. I will pay for the items I already received and have been paying on, however, I am NOT paying for anything not received. Again, NO emails with an explanation have been received. If they respond here that they responded to me prior to this post, they are lying(I have a filter on email). Also, I will continue to post here, updating my status AND whether or not they went punitive and cut off my account. Since I have been a good customer and ordered from them consistently, I would hope they would appreciate the loyalty. We shall see...

I mean good credit means you are a candidate for the best rates and interest! Zebit gives almost everyone a chance to shop with great terms and speedy shipping! The inly issue I have with them is they still have nit returned their e certificate program, which was phenomenal! Pls return the program, I am begging you. Love your company!
