I signed up with this web design company thinking I’d only be paying a small monthly fee of £35 to have my website displayed on Google. However, after the initial payment, they suddenly demanded that I upgrade to a £500/month package if I wanted my site to actually appear in search results.

When I told them I was never informed about this upfront, they became aggressive and even threatened to send me to a debt collector. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam.

They lure you in with low prices and then pressure you into expensive packages through intimidation. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company.

This is a scam company who force you into paying and threating you with small claims courts, Please be aware of this company! They will give you a website and barely do anything to it, PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Would definitely recommend Zeek Design, my account manager Beth has always been there when needed and I love my website

After long disputes over 3 years wirh Kelly and Daniel and even Tim moor ....it's a scam packages they want to earn money whilst not getting the job done.

Now they destroyed my website when they only maintain it and very badly ..7 months to take a landline off my website ..now they deleted the whole website out of malis ...

Design is paid already and all domains I own separately from zeek designs ltd.

Again and again they will either get what they want out of you or they will make you suffer and your business too.

Recently starting working with Zeek Design and the entire team have been extremely helpful and supportive with designing a new website for my business. Sam was inviting always answered all my questions and guided me through the process and Mark the Lead Designer was extremely helpful with getting my website exactly where I had envisioned it. I sent numerous emails and every time he was very quick to respond and provide updates. Very happy with the service and would recommend them to any new business.

Currently using Zeek for my website and they have done a fantastic job. The customer service is pretty much instant from Chelsea who is dealing with my account. Couldnt be happier and will be using these for my other projects in the future

I am local to Zeek and needed help with establishing a website which is now completed and can be seen on Google @ hand-in-hand.co.uk. I first met a boss called Tim, who introduced me to the sales lady Kelly who talked me through their processes. Now when I say talked she was the fastest talker I have ever come across and I later nicknamed her the "fast talker" which she loves. Kelly is the Zeek link between customers and the other elements of the Design team and is brilliant. My designer called Mark is just very intuitive and clever and I liked his interpretation of my eventual website. My experience has been very positive and I would highly recommend Kelly (10 out of 10) and the Zeek team totally. Clive Castle.

My account manager Chelsea has been nothing but accommodating and supportive. Every change I have asked for on my account has been actioned quickly. Always available to speak regarding my account during business hours. I have used a few different website companies but I definitely will be staying with Zeek and Chelsea. Goes above and beyond.
