Fits a nice niche between generic online templates that are too vague and having to pay for a high priced legal consultation
This is something I've been looking for, for a long time actually, a service that can provide document templates for small businesses that don't break the bank. I find Zegal to be a nice fit between finding generic online templates that are too vague, and the opposite end of the spectrum with having to go to a high priced legal advisor for a tailored document. I think Zegal fit the niche in the middle well.
I bought a document off them recently and had a query about a line I thought needed to be altered. They got back to be the same day, with the alteration to make, and I was impressed by their prompt after-sales service.

You will save money on legal fees!
If you want to save up a huge amount on legal fees then use Zegal. They have good templates and I love how collaborative the platform is.

My experience with Zegal was terrible
My experience with Zegal was terrible. They promised the owner/lawyer would make a few changes on a purchased contract. When I made the requests they stopped answering. Had to send 4 emails and wait 3 weeks for an answer and worst, they came back on their word and didn't do as agreed over email. A waste of time and lack of commitment. Not recommended.
