I very rarely write reviews, but wanted to do so given the great chat that I had with Karl from their team. While we realised that Zendbox didn't have a warehouse in our required location pretty early into the call, Karl didn't try to cut the call short (his time would have been better spent speaking with a potential customer and most sales reps would "switch off"). Instead he took the time to answer any questions that I might have and gave me genuinely useful advice and feedback, so much so that it made me feel valued as a small startup and helped earn my complete trust.

Karl, you earned Zendbox an advocate just by being generous with your time with a small startup that you could have easily palmed off. Thank you!

Great 3pl that do things well by the book, they made on baording simple and so far no issues to report.

Extremely helpful chat with Karl at Zendbox. Even though it became obvious we are, at the moment, probably too small to go with them for our fulfilment I will be getting back I touch with him when we are, as they were professional, organised, knowledgeable and importantly for me, helpful and nice to deal with. Hoping to be selling enough soon to start using them.

We highly recommend Zendbox as a PPS provider. After a bad experience with a different provider, we switched to Zendbox and have been extremely satisfied with their service. Not only do they offer fair pricing, but their team, especially their account management, is exceptional.

Zendbox have really helped us level up our customer service with next day delivery on orders made before 9:58pm. I don't think they've missed dispatching one product on time since we launched with them earlier this year and their customer service is great, usually responding in under 24 hours.

The worsted eCommerce fulfilment provider EVER !!!
We wanted an additional channel to fulfil our orders besides FBA. We made the huge mistake to chose Zendbox. They are unreliable, unprofessional, amateurs and arrogant!
Pending orders for more than 5 to 6 days!!! Their WMS is a mess up, constantly down, with technical issues, and when they finally decide to fulfil some parcels, they start for the latest ones first, leaving the past orders constantly behind.
We have lost so much money and lost so many customers due to their below-standard performance. And what can we say when they work with Evri (ex Hermes)? Dozens of lost or damaged parcels and claims were rejected!!
Customer service responds after 3 or 4 days; they respond as if you are bothering them or just apologising and closing the tickets without a solution.
My account on Amazon is constantly at risk of deactivation due to the late shipping rate, and ZENDBOX doesn't care!!
I can't sleep at nights. If you want to stay in eCommerce business and be competitive, AVOID ZENDBOX to save yourself!!!

We have worked with Zendbox for 18 months now and the replies to our customer service enquiries has become slower and slower, minimum 3 days wait but often 10! Not only does it makes us look like fools, our customers get very angry and demands refunds. We have now requested to terminate the contract because we cannot continue like this.

Avoid Zendbox at all costs if you want happy customers!

We recently outsourced our eCommerce fulfillment to Zendbox and it has saved us a lot of time and money.

Like any business sometimes there are challenges due to unforeseen circumstances, but it looks to me that Zendbox learns and grows from these experiences and is now delivering an even stronger service.

Zendbox is a great company and great service , our 2nd provider in 2 years and what a leap of difference in quality compared to other company we have used.

We judge the service on the amount of emails from customers we get and how much time we spend contacting the provider - we literally never have to think about the service, once set up everything just seems to work and we like it that way.

The on boarding is excellent and very smooth and very well supported, no questions were too much to ask Alex and Mark on onboarding, any little hiccups or questions we always felt they were happy to help with.

The technology is very simple to use and really user friendly.

It’s worth mentioning that the billing is transparent - our previous provider gave us non stop problems with billing issues which really started to become and issue, they failed to provide clarity when signing us up, with zendbox they have been very honest from sign up all the way through and we made sure to check this before resigning with another provider.

Our customers are also happier than ever.

To start — Onboarding was incredibly helpful and got us off to a incredible start, very informative, never too much to ask from any of the team - we dealt with Alex and Mark and they made it the smoothest experience we could wish for.

The service is INCREDIBLY fast and something I’ve never seen before , the cut off times are the latest I’ve seen in market and every support question is answers quick ( despite the fact we never need to contact support)

The technology is SO well laid out and intuitive and was very easy to learn with no complex dials and whistles, most importantly the automation and smart features save us a lot of time.
