Customer Support Came Through For Me!
I had major problems connecting my GoDaddy account to my Zenfolio account. I reached out to customer support, and within a couple of days received a response of exactly what to do on my end and how to fix it. The agent literally wrote out all the steps and in a format easy to understand for beginner like me. Shortly after applying their recommendations, my website was up and running. My site has been working flawlessly ever since! Thank you Zenfolio Agent

it can go out of business—useless company. don't waste your money. They archive your photos so no one can see them. brilliant. what a great idea.

My problem is Password(s)
My problem is Password(s). I have been unable to log in and CS did help me change my password. However, I have a Zenfolio password AND a password for my custom domain name. Additionally, I had two email addresses that compounded the issue. The changed PW still won't let me in and nobody, Zenfolio and the site host is able to help so far. I am able to get in my logging onto app.zenfolio without a password. In all fairness to Zenfolio the problem is of my making and not theirs. The people at Zenfolio have been more than great in helping me out. I recommend them highly.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Have archive my photos, even though the gallery was OPTED OUT OF ARCHIVE. No support, no service, website slow. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS

Archive horror
I have no clue why my images (supposedly not "archived") don't show up in a password protected gallery. This "archive" thingy is a catastrophy... And I have been a paying customer for almost a decade. Retrieving the files, so says Zenfolio, takes some 12 to 14 HOURS(!) from wherever they are. Has Zenfolio moved back to the early days of the internet?

Chýbajú jazykové verzie na osobnej stránke.
Všetko funguje super. Chcelo by to ale možnosť jazykových verzii na osobnej stránke. Týmto by ste sa dostali o ďalší krok vpred pred konkurenciu. Môžem mať klientov hovoriacich rôznymi jazykmi a bolo by super aby si klient prepol do svojho jazyka.

I have used Zenfolio for about 17…
I have used Zenfolio for about 17 years. I loved everything about Zenfolio (including some great customer service people) until they did the "Archive
Gallery" thing--which was like a head-on collision with a tractor trailer. It eliminates Cover Thumbnails from galleries making your site look awful. It's embarrassing, terrible. They gave us no alternative to archiving--I"t's your problem, just deal with it" they said. I would prefer to stay with Zenfolio but Archiving is not acceptable so I have no choice but to move on.....

An excellent tech support person to work with
The person who helped to guide me through the steps for developing a new website was quite impressive. Great overview, very clear communicator, he really gave me a great leg up going through a set of site development tools, which are pretty far reaching.

I thought the Customers Service was very helpful and very quick indeed. Their Customers Service has always been good and very helpful, and always there when you need them .

While I valued the initial
While I valued the initial, preliminary call I had, there were several key points which arose that I requested a follow up email with further, detailed information/ guidance. To date, I have received no follow up. This naturally raises concerns about the extent to which I could rely on support if I became a client.
