Ordered two products (nerve oil & muscle rub) from Zen Maitri & they arrived promptly & were as advertised. I was pleased with the products & the service and shared my experience with others who also then purchased items from Zen Maitri.

Great quality products. I am using joint & muscle CBD balm since last five months and advised by the shop assistant to use joint and muscle capsules as well which I have started last month. I am using these products for my knee pain. I have decided to give it little more time . These products works but very slowly.

Delivery is very good and the tins the tea in are attractive.

The best shop for herbal tea lovers and lovely staff too

I loved the herbal tea workshop led by the herbalist Sara. It was very friendly and relaxed. We tried each tea individually and noticed the taste, its effect on our body and mood. We asked questions. It really enhanced my understanding of the teas, and how combinations work together to support health. I slept so well that night - better than in years! Really enjoyable and informative

Since I started taking my prescribed herbs (tincture, tea and powder) about 3 months ago, I have started to feel so much better already—physically and mentally. On my initial consultation, Sara listened so attentively to me describing my whole health history, and with lots of knowledge and compassion she seemed to immediately know what choice of herbs could help my symptoms. Throughout the whole process I felt, and continue to feel, supported and looked after, there's always an answer to my questions or concerns, and I really trust that this is the alternative health support I have been hoping to find for years. 6/5 stars.

I found the Zen Maitri supportive, very knowledgeable and gave the impression of being genuinely concerned about their clients. Labelling and directions for use on their preparations was clear and straight forward. I am happy to recommend their services to others.

One area where improvements could be made is the primary packaging so that intended route of administration is matched to the dosing implement

I needed delivery of my order by next day, and Zen Maitri pulled out all the shops to make this happen. I was very grateful for this.
