I keep coming back for outstanding quality, walnuts, and amazing service by Kelvin

The nuts look and feel amazing (I am a newbie, but I see differences between the cheaper ones and the Boutique Selection) and I was suprised by the amount of extras I got. Very nice boxes and pouches for the nuts and extra brushes. Thank you so much! The delivery was very quick, just 6-7 days to Europe.

Came in fast and already prepped and cleaned. Came with gloves and a brush. Awesome nuts

I am very happy with my purchase from Zen Walnuts.

The walnut pair I received is beautifully matched in size, weight, density, and overall shape. The craftsmanship and selection quality are excellent, and it is clear that a great deal of care goes into choosing collector-grade pairs. The texture, structure, and balance of the walnuts make them a pleasure to handle, and the natural character of the pair is outstanding.

The presentation exceeded my expectations. The walnuts arrived in a beautiful leather-style storage box, accompanied by a high-quality zippered pouch, gloves, and a brush. Everything was carefully packed and thoughtfully presented, making the entire unboxing experience feel premium and worthy of a collector-grade purchase.

What impressed me even more was the customer service. When I contacted them regarding a concern with my order, they responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. They listened to my feedback, communicated clearly throughout the process, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.

It is rare to find both exceptional products and exceptional customer support, but Zen Walnuts delivered on both. After seeing the passion and dedication they put into their trees, harvest, and customers, I have even greater appreciation for the work behind every pair they sell.

I would not hesitate to purchase from them again and highly recommend them to other Wenwan collectors.

Everything was just perfect. Beautiful and useful packaging, and the extras were awesome. Speedy shipping too.

The item was just as ordered if not better, it sheds a bit when you use it for the first time but it doesn’t after that, I only really got it for the horsehair and it is so high quality, one thing though, the handle is right handed, since I’m left handed I had to hold the brush by the head but overall perfect.

I've been collecting wen wan walnuts for half a year now and ordered some varieties I didnt have.
Recieved them in records time.

They ARE absolutely stunning. The pre-cleaning is godlike. Especially on a pair with lots of texture I usually have trouble getting it clean.

Having an extra pouch to put my nuts in is also neat hehe!

Would definitly order again in the future <3

Everything came on time, as pictured. Wallnuts were cleaned meticulousely, and free of chips, cracks and yellowing

Packaging was excellent. Company took care to protect the contents. Beautiful walnuts

plenty of options and sizes great for beginners came with everything needed to start in the beginners section and came within 2 weeks

Everything was great quality

I ordered a pair of walnuts and some brushes. I have been having fun polishing them and closely observing the color changes. The larger brushes definitely make the experience more rewarding and relaxing.
