I have been using ZeroRank for over 2 months now and it has been a great help to me and my agency. Using the platform has allowed me to track my Ai Visibility in at least 6 AI Engines, I can clearly see where my brand is ranking compared to my competitors and I can see what steps I need to take to outrank them.

The tools in the ZeroRank platform are designed to provide data about many aspects of what makes a brand visible or not visible to AI Engines.
Currently there are 17 AI models to choose from, which means you can not only check the major AI engines but you can also check your AI Visibility on some of the lesser known engines as well, I have not seen any other AI Visibility platform that offers such a broad range of AI Engines to track you visibility on.

Using the ZeroRank platform has help me identify the conversation taking place in my niche, who is being cited and the freshness of the chats taking place, the questions being asked. it also track whether the mentions are favourable or unfabourable which is a great help to understand what the end user think about your brand.

This data has handed me the pathway to get a bigger share of voice through the content I can create and publish directly from within platform.

Before using I was using another SEO platform that transformed itself into AI Visibility but the data it provided was no where near as good as data from ZeroRank.

From day one, ZeroRank was built specifically for AI Visibility and the data flowing through the infrastructure is exactly the kind that an crossover SEO platform is not able to perform.

I have spoken to the founder on a few ocassion about the direction for ZeroRank and I can see his vision and I an so glad I am onboard to become part of the journey.

Another great feature of ZeroRank for me is the MCP connection, this allows me to connect my dashboard to Claude CLI or Claude Desktop and all Claude to interact with the data and help me develop my marketing strategy.

ZeroRank is a fairly new company that treats its customers right. Its AEO/GEO tool set is stellar as is and getting better as AI answers and generative outputs are still new-ish in this age of AI. However, what impressed me the most is the onboarding experience and customer service. I booked two onboarding calls back-to-back on two different days, and each time I received friendly, efficient and clear help in using the Zero Rank tool to improve our research and strategic planning. This company is doing it right!

I find ZeroRank AI incredibly valuable for optimizing my GEO presence in AI tools like ChatGPT and Google Gemini. It offers great value and helps me analyze and track my presence effectively. The integration with Claude AI works well, allowing me to optimize my campaigns right away. I appreciate the onboarding process, which was smooth and on point, making the initial setup very easy. The sources and AI traffic tools are great, providing detailed reports on visibility, rank, positive sentiment, and prompt performance. It shows exactly where my traffic is coming from, whether it's from Charge GPT, Gemini, or other AI sources.

What do I dislike?

The pricing. I feel that compared with other tools, it's a bit expensive. I used tools that have plans for $29. $89 a month, it's a bit expensive, but the tool itself is great. I think offering a package with just the very basic features, like tracking prompts, would be a better value.
