Mutt mitt never delivered
We ordered a mutt mitt holder through Amazon. It was shipped via fedex and said delivered. We never received the package. Zero waste won’t refund our money or replace the item.

The customer service representative was…great
The customer service representative was very helpful. I had a problem with the key for our pet waste bag box, and she helped me "jam" the key in (I also used WD40) and we got it opened, even thought the key appears to be cut wrong or poorly.
