The company was very transparent with their information. There was a delay with my order, and they really conveyed all the information to me once available.
When my item did arrive, there was a gift in there to show their appreciation for me waiting a while longer.

The new way of minimising your toothbrush waste. Not only the bristles should be degradable too (if I remember correctly), but half of the bamboo toothbrush can be reused - just switch new head and you're good to go =) Great idea, works perfectly. I'm interested in Zessoo's more products as well now.

Product is good. Receiving the order took a very long time

Not received the product...
I haven't received the product, register complaint also through the contact section at the portal. Posted on your twitter timeline also about the issue.
But I don't think there is any customer support.

25% of the reviews are saying product not received you need to seriously look into this.

Ironically it is showing completed on the portal.

So numerous mail (till 12 April 2019) is entirely false narrative

Yes this time I have received the product. However a general suggestion if the first time you send it with proper tracking number then there won't be any issues.

Anyway all well that ends well.

And definitely Yes I am happy with the product.

Customer service was excellent, they helped me choose a colour for the wallet I bought, and shipping was quick even close to christmas. I also absolutely loved the packaging, such a thoughtful idea! It's now a couple of months since I've made my purchase, my bf uses the wallet every day and it shows no signs of wear. The leaves are beautiful and finely detailed, I couldn't be happier :)

I never received the product and after numerous follow up opted to get my refund. Unhappy and dissapointing experience.
Zessoo - I never received the second wallet or anything from your team!

Very good idea but the sewings of the credit card slots are a bit too tight to accomodate more than one card per slot. Also, the bill section is too short for paper documents and just enough to hold euro bills.

Bought an xmas gift that turned out to be unwanted as a relative bought the same thing for the recipient! They happily accepted return of the item and refunded promptly!
Would recommend!

Ethical purchase is the way to go, comes wrapped in paper that you don’t throw away but plant instead

For each order Zessoo plant trees in California, which has been devastated by wildfires. The paper that comes with your order explaining the company's ethos is on recycled paper with tiny bumps in it which are wildflower seeds. Plant the compostable paper and look forward to flowers blooming to attract bees and butterflies! How cool is that!? They make lovely items too! They really went out of their way to help me, so their customer service gets 5*!

I never received my product and when i wrote to them they said it was delivered as per their records and that was the end of it. That was a waste of money essentially.

PS. After i posted a review here, these guys contacted me and started the conversation again and sent me another wallet if i paid for the shipping which i did. After changing multiple hands, i finally got hold of the wallet and i really do love it. It is a very good quality material and has a nice feel to it. I love that i picked it in red. I also liked the wrapping it came with which had seeds in it. Very thoughtful.

Thank you for making the effort to make a disgruntled customer happy. Much appreciated.
