Overall good service immediately loan disbursement

I send 30 up mails but zestmony last 3 months give only excuses and give next date India's big froad app zestmony

Very very very very extremely bad service.please do not take loan from this site.fraud company.sending loan without any customer intervention.while preclosure of loan charge extra rupees which goes to zest money pocket.super bad fraud company.if u want to lost your money try zest money 😂😂😂

Horrible service of zest money, I have been asking for my refund for the last 8 months. Even i have paid my EMIs before date but still facing refund issue. There executives only provide fake commitments every month.
Zest money owners don’t know how to run a company.

Not trustworthy app at all

Unprofessional, Pathetic, Irritating, Unmannered and worthless staff is very unprofessional and Unmannered they don't know how to deal with the deceased person's family person. There is no option of uploading pictures otherwise I can attach the screenshot of chat

I paid my consumer loan on time(Even paid early and closed), but this poor team is not updating the CIBIL report properly and updating it as a delayed payment. I contacted the support team many times, but they are not resolving the problem. My advice is not to use zest money, which will make your life miserable when you are going to apply for any loan. Past 5 months they have not resolved and sending email that they have resolved the problem.

Zest money fraud num one company don't any one this finance .I was purchased 11 month before that time given cash back still not received cash back .fraud of finance

they are just big fraud and lazy company. They block my refund money more then 28 days and still now

One of the fraud companies I have seen. They have debited the EMI amount continue and still date have not even credited the cashback for the last 3 month has gone... Lizzie Chapman, Priya Sharma and Ashish Anantharaman - They all the the frauds. Worst PEOPLE AND WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. THEY ALL SHOULD BE BEHIND THE BARS BECAUSE THEY ARE ENJOYING THEIR LIFE FROM OTHER PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY.

Very bad experience they want EMI on time but not gave cash back on time,. No one senior person inthe company who listen the customer problem. Many times I called up customer care told raised your point and sorry for that . They told Your Cibil score down if u not pay Emi, customer is not fool , knows each and every thing about CIBIL. Please provide my cash back on time.

One of the worst NBFC I've ever seen. They're not following their own users privacy policy. Zestmoney will take your PAN for KYC purpose and immediately put a loan enquiry on your credit report whether you've asked it for or not and this process will auto continued every after 90 days. If you created Zestmoney account just to explore then they'll destroy your credit score by putting n number of loan enquires. Every time you'll login to app they'll put an loan enquiry.

I got a credit limit assigned but could not activate it. I have been trying to continue the activation process and the app gets stuck on. I informed zestmoney customer care about it and they told me the issue will be forwarded to technical team. It has been almost a week and the issue still persists. Please look into it.

Worst experience so far. They have a chat option but a reply takes hours and hours with no proper solution. when it comes to deduction from a customer's account there is no technical error but to process a refund they will always have a technical error. The entire customer care support is sitting there to lie with no solution. and there is no higher management a customer can connect with or talk to, in short you will be stuck.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding your negligence in service and failure to provide the promised cashback of Rs. 5000 in a timely manner.

I had availed of your services for a recent purchase, and was promised a cashback of Rs. 5000 within 15 days of the transaction. However, it has been over 2 months since the last emi paid, and I am yet to receive the cashback. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from your customer care team, the issue has not been resolved till date.

This kind of negligence and lack of commitment towards your customers is highly unacceptable and has caused me a lot of inconvenience and mental harassment. As a loyal and long-standing customer of your company, I expect prompt and efficient service from your end.

If the issue is not resolved at the earliest and the promised cashback of Rs. 5000 is not credited to my account, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities and take legal action against your company.

I hope to hear from you soon with a resolution to this matter.

Zest money mujhe 2lakhs amount personal loan die mujhe nahi chahiye bole to 2 lakh ko 15000 extra pay karne ke lie bole sirf just 2 minutes me mai ek mamoolisa labour hu abhi mujhe monthly emi bolke 12months diye hue hai insurance ka amount sab milakar mere paas 2 lakh 37000 le rahe hai mere pet pe mar rahe hai customer care ko phone kareto bhi koi bhi response nahi Mila mere phone se vutna amount bhi nahi jarahatha Mai bahut pareshan ho gaya hu mujhe ek barme hi 37000 nahi nikal Raha hai mai is zest money se bahut pareshan ho raha hu iss zest money walon ne mere khane pe mara hua hai bhai

Hassle-free services, I can pay my EMI manually whenever I want which is THE BEST THING, easy to track my history and installments. I don't have to wait for days and be careful about spending my money and paying EMIs. I pay in advance whenever I want and its done!

It is one of the worst service I have ever received. They don't care about customer.They don't update payment you make to them and due to that it impact your Cibil. No one care,after a while they stope responding to email as well
