Awful business. Email with free bet offers, but you can never claim the free bet. Customer service said try another browser...Tried 3 devices and 2 browsers, no different. Do not trust these scammers, It's not worth your time. Eventually asked them to close my account...Good Riddance Scammers!

Never had a problem with this company until 2 weeks ago I had a glitch with live blackjack, somehow i had played a game Which i didnt and money has been taken from my account, each time i log back in the system says i have an unfinished game, go back in and nothing.

Now i informed customer service, given them my explanation and included screen shots etc etc but Was told it's been escalated to the technical department and they will reply when they have checked things out，

Have a time frame? No they said.

Are we talking about days? months or even years? Cant give an answer they said.

So when they want things from customers we have to give to them straight away, but but there's an issue then sorry we get back to you when we can???

They Either have incompetent staff or they trying to make up an excuse of trying to not fix this problem and ofcourse not return funds back to me.

I have contacted Ibas to help me with my cause and deal with such a lousy company.

Stay away and if you can don't gamble full stop.

Update : I had a small problem with a withdrawal with another site named 888 casino. My withdrawal was pending, spoke to them via live chat, was told they informed the relevant department and next 10 mins the money was back into my account. Efficient service, problem sorted.

Crashes every other minute . Have to log in again within 10 mins. Pages keep getting covered by the same pop.up Hard to find events or streaming which often does not work . Seems it was designed by kids on an experiment. Utterly waste of time . Do not use

Never had a issue, this is why it’s 3 stars, yes the site isn’t perfect, it crashes and also the markets are limited, however the withdraws where normally fast, until the other day. I asked for money to be sent via “instant bank payment” same way I have always used, never a issue, also wasn’t my bank as I get money putting in daily so 100% was not my bank account. I was told my withdraw failed, I was then asked to send a bank statement with a IBAN nunber, I sent them 2 bank statements for my Halifax, (the account i use with them and they have on file) they said on your statement it does not show your IBAN number? I said and? That’s not my fault, not every bank account show the same of every account, there are about 250 different types of bank accounts, they seem to didn’t understand this. They then asked me for another bank statement with a IBAN number and I sent them one, they have now withdrawn my money via wire transfer which I did not ask for, I use Apple Pay, debit card and paysafecard, I said send the money to my Apple Pay or debit card they said no, to me something had happened there end and I have not changed anything whatsoever, nothing has changed for me, but apparently my withdraw to my same bank I’ve been using for years failed, anyway normally would have put 5 stars but this has put me off, oh by the way the withdraw still isn’t done, says sending to processor. Unbelievable

Requested withdrawal on 24/12, today is 31/12, the withdrawal still pending, all document has been approved ,every time contacting them they saying lots people making request recently, so it has been delayed, this is a joke . Big joke,

Well I can’t complain; compared to others! I’ve been using Zetbet for about a year now, yeah the website glitches often but they have plenty of slots to choose from. Awful company they take commission on all deposits !! Very limited markets . Site is very difficult to navigate . Withdrawals are hit and miss and when successful take around 4 days Takes an age to place a wager . Overall worst sports betting site I have ever used . Very poor !!

I don't understand reviews sometimes ? I had a great experience here, deposited 50 and got a 50 welcome bonus turned that into 4800 euro, now you do have to bet at least 800 quid so you can withdraw which is silly but i done that and came out with 3600, requested withdrawal on the 8-4-24 after documents confirmed money was in my account today 11-4-24.
