The servers and the internet connection it's the best in the market. But unfortunately, you can't just relay on this, because when you need assistance, or setting up a service, you expect to receive it in a timely manner.

I've ordered a Dedicated server with the BGP (My ASN+Subnet) about 15 hours ago, and still didn't receive the BGP details or any information about this, just the "We've escalated the sittuation to our team, please wait for a response".

This operation takes maximum 10 minutes to create a BGP peer (both v4 and v6) and to give the details to the customer.

Great servers (specs for money), great internet connectivity, but on the Technical Support, there is a lot of space for improvements.

Instant replies on tickets does not help at all. I'd rather prefer a response in 1-2 hours, and see something actionable, not just a robotic response that an AI can do.

I am looking for high bandwidth speed in Germany. I ordered a server with 1 Gbps unmetered bandwidth, but the speed is lower than expected. If you offer reliable and guaranteed servers, and can ensure their performance, I would be interested in ordering multiple servers.

This company is extorting me by advertising all my internet ranges using my AS, leaving my entire company without service.

Servers may be costly for some, but the speeds are as promised. I've been a satisfied customer for years.
