Well, in past few months, the service was terrible. However, they now have a new team, created new website and made it more comfortable. Now the service is great again :)

I've used Zevera for a couple years.

Good results for the first year, then poorer results the second, which seem to be the result of lack to attention by the previous owners. Worst case was their support people disappeared and I got no response to any question or problems.

Enter new management in around 3/2018 and suddenly things are back on track.

Not only are their support people who actually answer questions and fix problems, but they are fast and seem eager to help and turn things around. They even honored my coupon that the previous people offered but never honored!

Feeling much better now and can fully recommend Zevera.

I give 5 stars for the huge change, great service and past good value. It would be nice if they could get depfile to work faster for me, but everything else seem good.

Have been a customer for over 4 years, never had problems before with old Zevera except rapidgator links never worked, the new Zevera team restored my old account and added extra time, it works perfectly, links start immediately and download quickly.

Good news for Zevera users. It's back with new devs. I gave the new site it a try and it's working very well. No need for the clunky 3rd party downloaders. The built in web downloader is fine.

I was one of the frustrated users: first with all of the problems and then when it went MIA. I thought the fees that I had already paid were lost. But they seem to have one a great job resurrecting the site and they credited me for previous payment. Also, they were very responsive to emails.

If you've been a Zevera customer in the past, I'd say it's worth giving the new version a try.

Scammy service. I asked their support a few days ago to cancel my account, and yet they keep charging me, especially when their service is gone. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU CAN ISSUE CHARGEBACKS.

ya me funcionaba muy mal, pero como me había comprado la membresía lo seguía usando muuuuy lento.
hace muchos años tambien tenía membresía, y funcionaba muy bien, pero pero últimamente daba vergüenza.

Their service has been non-existent over the years, but it appears that they just disappeared without any notice to their subscribers. As of today, you get the following message when you try to access their site:

Es stimmt dass die Downloads ziemlich langsam sind und es ständig Probleme gibt. Schade.

None of their services work. It is day light robber. when asked about the reimbursement. Since their service is not working. They say it is not a valid reason for reimbursement.

Most of the time is not working :/ Waste of money !!!!

I too have been scammed by Zevera regarding their No-Risk, Money-Back Guarantee. It's time to let companies like Zevera know that they can't get away with treating their customers deceptively and fraudulently without repercussions.

Therefore, I am initiating a Class Action Lawsuit for False and Misleading Advertising, Failure to Disclose, and Consumer Fraud.

If you have received unlawful treatment from Zevera, which I'm sure you have, otherwise you wouldn't be writing these reviews, visit the website above and become a Complainant. It costs you nothing, and will help punish companies who feel they can get away with this.

If you have friends who have also experienced this, send them to the website. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!

as other users have said and found out after purchasing a "premium" account from zevera.com this is quite simply a waste of money and a hoax.
they are ignorant if/when they reply to messages or emails and are currently saying that now some hosts are "limited" yet the selling point on their website states that you can download UNLIMITED data from multiple filehosts. (good luck with getting that!!!!)

all i said what that i would report them to my bank and the actual filehosters whose services they are reselling and i get this back...

Werben mit 117 Filehostern, in der liste sind nur 59 zu sehen und davon wieder rum die hälfte als Off gemeldet.

Auch wenn die server status On (grün) ist sehr langsame Geschwindigkeit.
Bsp. uploaded.to max. mit 2-3 Mb/s möglich.

In der Support Beschreibung steht wenn man ein Wunsch server hat der nicht in der liste steht, man sollte es nicht zögern und denen das melden und mitteilen und die würden dann den FileHost mit aufnehmen aber bislang alle anfragen die ich gemacht habe wurden zurück gewiesen mit dem selben Text Nachricht
"These hosters used to be supported and they were removed for very good reasons.
There are no plans to re-add them in the foreseeable future."

Also finger weg vom ZEVERA ich bereue es zu tiefst das ich das bestellt und bezahlt habe...

I can not download on any website. Zevera does not work and does not give me my money back. Do not use.

nothing work cant download anything i cant even download 300mb files i use all the tools that provided and no work i should of just pay my 3 file host

Be careful, it is a scam site , I can't download anything , the customer service refuse to give me refund.
Please report about that scam for your bank to tell the visa company about this company.

i have premium account for zevera and i am satisfied with the service, but sometime the maintenance occur and affect the performance of the downloading, but all in all the developer trying hard to fix the issue and give best service to all premium user..

I've been a Zevera customer for at least a couple of years. I have about a year left on my current 2 year subscription.
Overall I have found them to be excellent in support for certain hosters, and "patchy" for most others. I have not tried other debrid services, so I don't know how they compare.
Most recently their support for Rapidshare has been non-existent, even when they claim it is "switched on" in their host status.
But the biggest problem is that they no longer have a user forum where problems can be discussed.
