I hadn't heard of the Zieler company…
I hadn't heard of the Zieler company before but having trawled through many other companies looking for suitable, good quality art sets I found exactly what I was looking for.... and at a competitive price so I ordered three items online - an easy process.
My order arrived the following day and was well packaged.
I set one item aside for a grandchild.
Several days later I panicked when I couldn't find the other two items and discovered the box they had arrived in was empty. I searched extensively and then contacted the company expressing my concerns about the "missing items."
My enquiry was dealt with promptly and efficiently and I received replacement items by return.
Today, I discovered that the packages which I thought were missing had, in fact, been in my possession all along!
When I phoned the company to apologise, I was once more treated with the utmost empathy and kindness. I have huge respect for the exemplary customer service I have received.
