Mir wurde ein defekter Artikel geschickt, den ich reklamiert und um Ersatz gebeten habe. Dazu habe ich ein Foto eingereicht, dass den Fehler allerdings nicht richtig darstellen konnte und angeboten, bei Neuzusendung den defekten Artikel zurückzusenden. Man hat mir dann zunächst 3,-, 4,- und zuletzt 5 Euro angeboten. Einen neuen Artikel wollte man mir nicht zusenden. Also Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen! Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen!

Diese Firma wirbt mit 2-3 Liefertagen. Inzwischen sind fast vier Wochen vergangen, keine Ware!!!!!
Gefakte Lieferinfos, die nicht nachzuverfolgen sind. Achtung Betrug!!!

Ware nicht erhalten
Etliche Emails mit unterschiedlichen Trackingnummern und Angaben
Behaupten Ware sei zugestellt worden, stimmt aber nicht
Trackingnummer versucht zu verfolgen, die gibt es beim Unternehmen gar nicht, sehr unseriös,

Die verdienen nicht mal einen Stern!

Dann können sie ewig hin und her mailen!!!Trotzdem erfolglos! Obwohl ich einverstanden war die Ware nach China zurückzuschicken keine Adresse angabe!
Zum Schluss hieß es wir können ihnen nur 4€ als Entschädigung geben!!!!

Hatte eine Bestellung innerhalb weniger Minuten storniert, was jedoch nicht akzeptiert wurde. Versand dauert nun seit über einen Monat und ist lt. mir mitgeteilter Tracking -Site seit 10 Tagen in Deutschland unterwegs. Ich fürchte die Ware kommt nicht an und ich bleibe auf den Kosten sitzen.
Update:
Ware ist schließlich doch angekommen. Habe vor einigen Tagen die Rücksendung beantragt - bekomme aber bisher keine Antwort.

Zigkultur.de doesn't seem to be a trustable online store. I can say this on the basis of review provided by ScamOrGenuine.com where it has mentioned it is not a trustworthy website because:
— It hasn't provided any contact details.
— It doesn't have social media presence.
— Lots of its content match with multiple suspicious sites.
— and so on.

I ordered 2 silent Basketballs. They arrived after 2 Month and both are not round, due to the packaging. They offered me 3€ as arefund. The Bill was about 40€. They are still arguing, that the product was delicered, as it was ordered.
Never again!!!!!!

We ordered on the 1st of December 23. The package never arrived since the provider put a wrong adress on it. Requests to get our money back were ignored.
Total scam: the seller stated the goods were sent from the U.S. but the parcel tracking revealed the package was sent from China. Don‘t buy anything there!!

Buy these. I was tired of my son messing up “expensive” shoes. So I bought these since they light up. They look exactly how he acts: like he dgaf 😂 so get em!

wish I could of worn these , but my instep is to high, and you could not change it, They looked like they would be great walking shoes.

My granddaughter says Mi Mi I love these shoes, so it was a 10 for me

I’ve had them for about 2 months now. They started out as house slippers. Then I started taking the dog in them, then wore them to the pool and the beach. I wear them everyday and they’re just as comfortable and in good quality as when I got them. Highly recommend!

These are super comfortable and very classy.
