I had an experience I have not had online...ever. Zik Analyics returned my money when I unsubscribed even before using their services. That was new to me online.

Very accurate in terms of data

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Scammers. First, there is no way to cancel the trial. Then they try to charge money almost every day for two weeks straight. Support does not respond. After several attempts to contact support, they finally canceled my trial — but now they are sending me cold emails about their services and asking for feedback. I already told them that I don’t want a subscription and requested account deletion.

Billing Support / Customer Service
I believe there was a problem with the interface when looking at the billing during a free trial so I was unable to cancel. I reached out but was worried about direct debit just rolling over, I haven’t received as helpful and as prompt customer support from any software or app than I got from ZIK -specifically Princess who handled my ticket. It was a relief to know it was taken care of.
