fast and easy!!

Easy to use. No issues. Only thing is the small credit issued of $200. Maybe that changes with ti.e

Major problems paying my balance off because of their antiquated system. Customer service is less than desirable to appropriately address all my concerns. I don’t recommend at all! Highly unorganized and their business practices didn’t help me as a consider resolve my concerns tactfully.

Great company to work with. Helpful and they work very well with the consumer. Highly reccomend !

The quickness of process and the understanding when my identity was stolen. I’d forgotten to change the credit card info on file but they reached out and allowed me to make good on my debt and move forward.

Love it got a lot of cool stuff I needed on Amazon and it’s great knowing that I can pay it back in payments at my convenience

It was easy to use and I like the option to be able to use Zilch anywhere and not just at certain stores.

This company is one of the worst out all the companies I have been with. I have had over 100 purchases over the past 8 months and have paid on time or even early on every single order I've made. I've made multiple purchases to max the the limit. I've puchased single orders for the max limit. 8 months later and the limit has not ever been raised one single time. Then they sent me an email informing me that my terms would change to paying 50% up front and pay the rest in 3 payments instead of the originally agreed 25% of the total cost upfront with the rest split into 3 payments. On their website it says that the upfront cost can vary from 25%-50% so I assume they punished me for some unknown reason. Now today I received another email informing me thwt on April 11th they will start charging us $3 if we make purchase elsewhere other than their listen vendors and consider this to still be considered their "try zilch anywhere" feature they offered for free since they first started in the USA June 2022. So far all I have see is them finding more and more ways to try and make you not even want to use the service in the first place
