Nobody has answers
Nobody has answers, they take too long to respond with no real answer. Call the merchant. My order was cancelled because of you not approving it. That was a birthday gift and you ruined it. I had to go buy something else after you took my deposit and I still have not gotten it back so yes Im not pleased with Zilch or its representatives

First time using a buy now pay later
First time using a buy now pay later.
Zilch was easy to use had no issues.
I had made my purchase with target.
With in a couple of hours I was picking up my order.
I would recommend zilch to my family and friends.

No issues with placing an Order
It was a little confusing at first, bc I had to enable the card each time I wanted to use it at a store but other then that.. pretty easy and I had no issues with my orders going thru. Glad i found this app.

Takes way too long to be refunded
Takes way too long to be refunded. Took talking to several people before I got some sort of an real explanation of why it’s taking to so long. And even though the first payment covered the one item I kept, I will still be expected to pay the next payment if my refund issue and my payment plan isn’t adjusted by my next expected payment i will still have to pay. It’s freaking ridiculous
