They should all have $15 increments! I recvd $40 gift amount, and has to use it at 2 diff places because of that

We could not activate our first gift…
We could not activate our first gift card as it was a defectove scratch off. Had tp wait two days to get card replacement and still had to call to acitivate and wait an hour before we could use it.
