For transparency to anyone reading this: the review was left after we banned this account for self-referral abuse on our ambassador programme — the user attempted to manipulate our referral system to collect commission they weren't entitled to. We caught it, removed the account, and the review followed. We'd rather lose a star and protect the platform's integrity than let that behaviour slide. Our wider reviews, and the vetted Zinners working on Zinn Hub every day, speak for what we actually are.

We've checked our records: no user, no order, no support ticket, no community message matching your name. Trustpilot gave you the option to verify the basics so we could investigate — you didn't reply.

Zinn Hub is built for freelancers and buyers who want a lower-fee, transparent, hands-on marketplace. To support that, we publish walkthrough videos for every workflow, run a live Telegram community at t.me/zinnhubcommunity, Live X Spaces and offer direct support from the team including me as CEO. We reply quickly and we put real effort into every interaction.

What we ask in return is a bit of engagement - a message, a question, a post in the community. If the reaction to a small learning curve is a 1-star review without using any of those channels, the platform probably isn't the right fit for you anyway. We're genuinely okay with that. Our focus is quality on both sides, not volume. If as a freelancer you do not have 10 minutes to use integrity to explore the platform, watch a video or even reach out for some guidance, then that speaks volumes towards your attitude to freelancing.

Every single platform has a learning curve, without exception. Zinn Hub is a powerful platform with a learning curve. This is not wasting your time, this is a normal practice. Zinn Hub ensures quality.

The quality checks and verification process exist specifically to protect buyers and give genuine freelancers a platform where their real skills stand out. And the store and multiple Zinns setup was designed so that freelancers can finally showcase everything they offer in one place, like a proper marketplace should work.

Thank you for the review — really glad ZinnHub feels like a breath of fresh air compared to what else is out there.

You have hit on exactly why we built this. On the bigger platforms it can feel impossible to get a look in when you are up against sellers with thousands of reviews and years of momentum. We wanted to level that playing field and give every freelancer a genuine shot from day one.

And you are right, we are still growing — but that is part of what makes now a great time to be here. The platform is evolving fast and our early Zinners are helping shape it. We are polishing and improving every single week so keep an eye out because the experience is only going to get better.
