Suite à un problème avec une commande…

Suite à un problème avec une commande de cadre de lit , j’ai contacté zinus par mail pour la garantie. Après une réponse positive de renvoi plus personne ne répond à mes mails et je dors toujours par terre, honteux j’ai même utilisé Messenger et Instagram pour envoyer des messages et c’est inutile. Sav c’est une horreur franchement et j’ai tout envoyé facture et preuve de proposition de renvoi je cherche une adresse pour faire fonctionner ma protection juridique.

Zinus Australia

Zinus Australia. They delivered the completely wrong item. Their 1800 number was disconnected on the day of delivery. Very slow response to emails. Responses were templates, not answering my questions. It is now 6 days after their error and I still don’t have a timeframe for when my correct item will arrive. Purchased via Amazon, and they are not able to help - keep telling me to contact seller. I strongly advise not to use this company if you live in Australia. I eventually reached their call centre, and American answered who just told me to call “Australian support” and gave me the same 1800 number I’d called. Useless

Missing part, no estimate of when it will be replaced

Bought a king bed base which had the completely wrong bit for the frame so it’s not even usable. I purchased it through fantastic furniture so I contacted them to which they replied saying Zinus said the part is out of stock and they cannot give me an estimated time that they can replace it, clearly never had it and just sent whatever

Would not recommend buying anything from this brand

Update it’s been over two months still haven’t sent out the missing parts and have asked me to dispose of the bed base before they will issues a refund, so they inconvenience me then want me to try organise a way to get rid of it and then trust they will actually give me a refund that won’t take another two months.

Poor Service

I bought a mattress on the 23rd of June and still not received. No communication whatsoever on why the mattress is being delayed.

If I could give them a Zero I could but unfortunately I can't.

Their delivery time frame is 3-5 working days but it's way more than 5 days.

If it was a free delivery I wouldn't be making too much of a fuss but what is pissing me off it I paid $70 delivery fee and I get this crappie of a service😏

Don't buy a Zinus mattress !!

Terrible customer service. My queen mattress is not even a year old. It was supposed to be extra firm. After months of backaches, and seeing a chiropractor, they do not honor any warranty. Not even a partial refund. I have submitted the photos they requested, but they say they're not clear enough for them, etc, etc. BBB gives them an "F" rating. Enough said.

Overall Great Experience

Need to try cut through through some of the negativity here and say my experience with Zinus has been fantastic. This isn't a paid review.

I recently bought a bedframe from Zinus, frame itself is fantastic and easily assembled. After purchase a customer service representative got in-touch to inform me of a promotion where I would receive a side table worth £50 for free and added this to my order. Absolutely flawless customer service, they even checked in to ensure the products had reached me safely (thank you Sofia!)

I spoke to a representative from Zinus Uk/EU that was so helpful, I had problems regarding my delivery and they dealt with this immediately and made sure to keep me updated throughout. They were patient and so kind in helping me resolve the problem even though it was not the company’s fault at all. So thank you so much, you have been a really great help in such a stressful time, I recently moved houses so I’m so thankful I dealt with someone who cared enough to listen to my problem and help me. Thanks so much guys, great company!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would, awful chat agents. I attempted to buy an item that was listed as “in stock” multiple times and would immediately have my order cancelled due to not having said item in. Was told a gimmick on how the system must not have been updated even though they update every week. Was placed on hold and ignored by said chat agents when asking about when the item would be back “in stock.” When I was able to “purchase” the item I was sent an email that stated it would take up to 7 business days (even though the website says ships in 1 business day) but don’t worry they will email me when it ships. I waited the timeframe and did not see an update and my order number would not give me any updates. I reach out to again a chat agent who tells me it’s been cancelled on their end due to not having the parts even though the website says again “in stock.” I never received a email stating this. The best part is that my credit card is still set to be charged. Absolutely awful customer service and will not be recommending this brand to anyone.

Platform Bed Useless

This company is terrible and their customer service is even worse. I purchased a platform bed and it's missing 2 of the legs and they asked for proof of purchase and pictures and refused to send the missing parts. Don't buy anything from this company go spend your money elsewhere.

Don't purchase anything Zinus

After purchasing a bed from Zinus, we identified an issue with the middle beam that was constructed 1 cm too short. Zinus made the complaint process very difficult. First, Zinus asked for photos - we supplied the evidence. Then , they asked for videos - we supplied video evidence. Zinus offered to send another bed - but we declined, as we no longer had any faith in their quality or customer service. We requested for our money back. Zinus requested for evidence of us DONATING their faulty bed (!) This is the worst customer support we have encountered in our history of purchasing furniture. Avoid at all costs.

Need stirrups to maneuver yourself!

Purchased this mattress on 1/1/24 via Amazon. Never thought I would purchase a mattress this way however I did so based on 74,250 reviews with 4.5 out of 5 stars. Received on time via delivery person who removed my old mattress. Problem is you need stirrups to get in the bed. It's very firm and not even at all!! Purchased a quilted mattress cover hoping that would help but has not.

I asked for a new cover for 12inch zinus matress

I asked for a new cover i was willing to pay for it,they said there is a 3rd tag that says dont not wash or take off,but there is a zipper on back also 1 tag that has 2 sides that says nothing about what they told me, it was dirty so i washed it it would not come clean like it should of then the zipper broke on the back,i wanted to pay for another since i had it for almost 5 years,but they would not even try to get me another one an said they cant sell the covers,i have aLL emails from company.

The Topper is not FIRM or COOLING -denied their 100 night refund. I've had for 1 month

The mattress topper was delivered 12/11/23. I put it on the bed in guest room for our guest 12/29/23. The guest didn't like it. I tried it myself for 2 nights. The firm cooling foam topper is HORRIBLE.
I contacted Zinus customer support today 1/17/24 told them I want to send back to them & get refunded.
They tell you to donate it, since it's opened & to email the info to them for verification & then will issue refund.
Then, in the SAME conversation the CS agent tells me there will be NO REFUND, since it's over 30 days from date of delivery.
I said I only bought it because it said 100 night guaranteed. He apologized & said only for mattresses NOT toppers.
I said i only bought the product because it said 100 night guarantee.
$155.00 HORRIBLE product and false advertisement on refund policy.
Nothing cooling or firm about it! You sink so low into it, and to wraps around your body. You can't move. You have to climb out of the hole & is hotter than hell!
I'm also contacting BBB to report their shady business practice/guarantees.
I bought the topper, hoping I'd love it enough to replace my king mattress later this year.
I will shout from the mountain top DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

Don't waste your money on ordering a bed products online. Beds/toppers need to be done in person!!

J’aurais du lire les avis avant de commander. Un désastre, 1 mois de bataille avec eux pour qu’ils viennent récupérer un meuble livré endommagé.
D’abord ils m’ont proposé 25€ pour le réparer moi même. Ensuite il a fallut qu’ils demandent au service remboursement (qui ne doit même pas exister) l’autorisation de me rembourser. Depuis je galère entre relances, réponses hors sujet voire moqueries ouvertes de la part du service client. Toujours pas remboursée plus d’un mois après réception de l’objet défectueux.

Horrible experience with these people

Horrible experience with these people. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM! They will put you through "H..."with their warranty. They are cheap.
I bought a frame in March from Overstock, now the frame is coming apart and it has a 5 yr warranty, I have been dealing back and forth through emails with Michael Dave (not sure if thats his real name) I was asked to send pic of the defects and a copy of the invoice. I did just that and even sent a video showing how the metal bars are braking off, now after going through all that they want me to sent them zoomed pics marking the damage and all the info on the frame to send replacement parts? Are you kidding replacements parts, the metal bars across 3 broken off from one side, mind you they look like they are welded how in Gods name you going to replace that? The ones in the middle that are reinforcements 3 also broke off due to all these issues the front right leg is bent, now I'm suppose to take the mattress off again to send all these again? NO WAY! This is the worse experience with a warranty I've ever had. I will be filing a complaint against them.

Achat d'un lit en fer semblant de belle qualité, mais qui s'est révélé ne pas l'être du tout!! Lit tordu qui fragilise la structure, et qui n'arrête pas de glisser (mais ça ce n'est finalement qu'un détail). Le SAV est plus que laborieux, et quand ont lit leur fameuse "garantie", on se dit que cette entreprise a tout misé sur sa communication, très bien faite, car le reste est bien mauvais.
