Lamentable. He comprado 3 jerseys de Ralph Lauren y, lejos de parecerse a los de las imágenes de la tienda online, son una burda imitación, digna de "top-manta". Uid!!! Estafa segura!!

El producto es falso. Tardó mucho en llegar, en embalaje pésimo, una bolsa pequeña. De mala calidad. Supuestamente el anuncio decía Jersey y es una camiseta finísima con un logo falso de pegatina y no me dan respuesta para devolución y reembolso. No es una plataforma de envió de ropa de marca o en el mercado, sino un fraude. La empresa de envío es una filial de shein, pero no se advierte en ningún momento que sea este tipo de prendas. Publicidad engañosa y ausencia de contacto ni de política efectiva de reembolso. Una ESTAFA.

el 25 de diciembre les hie un pedido y no ha llegado sigo a la espera y no me contactan,solamente me enviaron un mail diciendo que la dirección no la encuentran y es correcta. Se la vuelvo a indicar y ya no sé nada más de ellos. ESTAFADORES

Es una ESTAFA cuidado con las compras en esta página. No comprar nunca en Zioren.com. Venden replicas falsas de muy mala calidad y las tallas no coinciden. No tienen atencion al cliente, ni para devolverlo, solo tienen un email para contactar con ellos. Mucho CUIDADO NO COMPRAR.

Ordered for my son, supposed to be Ralf Lauren, cheap not very good fake. Ordered large wouldn’t fit my husband who’s a small. Very poor customer service, then told me to return to a number at the back of a farm in Brazil?

Ordered item for my husband was suposed to be ralph lauren when it came it was fake ..item was to small badly made .tried to get my money back kept giving me 3 options i kept replying full refund it just would not except it..eventully i had to settle for half my money back and keep items which are no good to me has they don't fit my husband ..all i can say its false advertising will definitely not be buying form here again

I came across this company through a Google/YouTube advert and the website looked legitimate, so I decided to place an order. The items did arrive, but they were nothing like what was shown or described on the website — extremely poor-quality replicas, the sizing was completely off, and the items felt cheap compared to the way they were presented online.

As soon as I realised the products weren’t as advertised, I contacted the company to request a return and refund. Since then, they have been completely unresponsive. Every message has been ignored, and there is no returns address provided anywhere, which makes it impossible to return the items even if I wanted to. Their “returns policy” page even redirects to French text that has nothing to do with the brand, which was another red flag.

After checking Trustpilot, I found a review describing the exact same experience as mine, including receiving misrepresented goods, no communication, and no way to return the items. This suggests a repeated pattern rather than an isolated issue.

I’ve now had to open a dispute with my bank because the company will not respond or provide the legally required return details. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and feels deliberately misleading.

I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this website.

Ordered some goods from this website on the black friday deals and im kicking myself as if its too good to be true it usually is, and this was no different. The products advertised was for a Ralph Lauren gilet and it came with a free jumper for £50 so I thought id have a punt. Took ages for the goods to arrive so my spider senses were telling me its more than likely on a slow boat from our Chinese friends..should've listened to my gut. Items arrived and they're not as advertised, complete replicas and 3 sizes too small for me. Ordered a large and they're tiny. Returns info on the website is all in French..alarm bells...so had to Google translate to get anywhere. Ill be returning everything so will give a review on customer service/ experience when/ if they contact me.

Ordered a coat advertised as Addidas (not) using their sizing guide XL far to small emailed for a refund not only for being to small but also for being a fake no reply another scam company based out of China probably do not believe anything they advertise and don't place an order only reason I left one star is to be able to leave a review believe me DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

This products are fake and this a scam. On the day I received and opened my items I noticed straight away the products were fake and short size and immediately sent an email to the zioren shop that I wanted a refund and to return the products (not worth more than 5£ the piece). After a few attempts with no answer from them I mentioned I was going to report this to the Action Fraud website. Only after this they replied to me. They told me what they needed from me and I sent everything. When I asked to which address I should send back the products they sent me an very suspicious address in Brasil, "back of Ze Bulandia farm". Which is very strange because the products came from china and there's no such address like the one they sent to me.
