⭐ 1 STAR – Good Watch, Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
The watch itself is good—luxurious-looking, premium in appearance, and reliable in terms of product quality. Unfortunately, my experience with Zivanche as a company has been extremely disappointing because of their customer service and after-sales support.
I have been trying to get proper assistance for almost one and a half months, and the level of response I have received is simply unacceptable. Both before-sales and after-sales communication have been poor. Calls are not attended properly, responses are delayed, and there is a serious lack of timely follow-up.
What is most frustrating is that it feels like the customer's time and concern are not being given the importance they deserve. There seems to be no proper system or accountability for handling customer queries and resolving issues within a reasonable time.
For a brand that presents itself as premium, I expected premium-level customer service. Instead, I have experienced repeated delays, difficulty getting responses, and an overall lack of proper customer support.
The product may be worth buying, but the service experience is enough to make me think twice about purchasing from this company again.
Zivanche management should seriously look into its customer-support system. A premium product cannot compensate for poor customer service. Customers remember how a company treats them when they need help—not just how attractive the product looks when they buy it.

Extremely Poor Service – Never Buy from Zivaanche
I ordered a watch from Zivaanche, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.
My first watch was delivered after 1 month, but it arrived damaged. I returned it and placed an order for 2 watches. After waiting another month, I received only one watch. It has now been almost 3 months, and I still have not received the second watch.
My ₹32,000 has been blocked for almost 3 months, and there is still no proper solution or clear update regarding my money or the pending watch.
What is even more frustrating is that they do not provide a proper refund to the account. Instead, they expect customers to place another order. This is completely unacceptable.
Customers are being made to wait endlessly and feel like they are being taken for granted. Waiting for months with no proper response has been extremely frustrating and mentally exhausting.
Please do not buy Zivaanche watches. Think carefully before placing an order. Very poor service, poor customer support, and a completely disappointing experience.

Very Disappointing Experience – False Delivery Commitments

I placed and paid for my watch after Zivanche customer care specifically assured me that it would be delivered within 4 days.

It has now been 11 days, and I still have not received my watch.

What is even more disappointing is the repeated false delivery commitments from customer care. My money has been stuck with the company throughout this period, and when I requested a cancellation and refund because they failed to meet the promised delivery timeline, both were denied.

If I had been clearly informed before payment that delivery could take this long, I could have made my decision accordingly. Taking payment based on a 4-day delivery commitment and then neither delivering within that timeline nor allowing cancellation/refund is extremely frustrating.

For a premium watch purchase, I expected much better transparency, communication and customer service.

Ive ordered a zivanche order Order #8886223 on 9th august.. when ever i enquire it say will be delivered next week but still no update... the payment was prepaid... prepaid customer should be priorotized .. very poor logistic and communication

Been a collector i was open to explore some new indian brands and i came across Zivanche. From the day i was interested in the watches a personal from zivanche TANNYA was assisting me showing me wide ranges and was very helpful towards my prefrences. The delivery was smooth and the tannya was in touch with me while i was expecting the delivery which was very hassle free. Received the watches and was very happy with what i paid and what i received. Highly recommended.!! Beautiful watches. Loved it and not holding back to order some more.!!

I am writing this exactly as it is, if you want to buy the watch, it is best to visit the store in person and see it for yourself. The seller took responsibility when the item I wanted was unavailable.
