Don't order from this site!!
Don't order from this site!!! I placed an order almost a month ago - order no 187128. No information on the shipping since then. I have sent them emails, called their phone number (no response), sent them messages through Messenger, and nothing!!! For the last few days their whole website is down and I am pretty sure they have "taken the money and ran"!

Do not buy from this site
Do not buy from this site! It has been over a month since I placed an order.
No order ever arrived. Email, they are hit and miss to respond to and WhatsApp they rarely check. I have now asked for a refund and of course am getting no response to this.
I never leave reviews such as this. Just felt I should warn future shoppers.

IMPRESSIVE!! Excellent communication and seriously fast delivery with regular updates from both the boutique and the Royal Mail to let me know where my parcel was whilst in transit. I have already purchased from Boutique Zlatushka again 🤩

As a Personal Shopper I can HIGHLY recommend Boutique Zlatushka. I accidentally came across their online store when looking for a Navy Blue Velvet Blazer. Not only is the catalogue of clothing stunning but the prices of the clothes are very reasonable too. The customer service and care is outstanding and they go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase! My order arrived quickly in the UK. I will definitely be back buying more! Boutique Zlatuska is now one of my favourite online stores! THANK YOU!
