Velmi dobrá zkušenost krásné známky už po druhé jsem si je tu nechávala dělat. A rychlé dodání. A plusové body za doručování do schránky takže nikam nemusíte chodit.
Mohu jen doporučit.

Z počátku jsem byla nedůvěřívá kvůli delší době dodání asi 8 dnů. Vše dobře dopadlo a dnes objednávám s důvěrou a spokojeností. Známky, obojek i vodítko jsou velmi kvalitní. Společnost komunikuje a záleží jí na dobrém jménu. Doporučuji.

Se psi známkou jsem moc spokojená a i doručení zásilky bylo v pořádku .. rozhodně příště nakoupím opět u psiznamky.cz .

Ochota vyjít vstříc, první zásilka ztracená, poslali druhou a ta došla

Really don't like leaving bad reviews and i've given it months since i first ordered, but unless you rate low then the company will never be bothered to change! I find it hard to believe there are no reviews less than 4 star. THIS COMPANY IS NOT BASED IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC and they are not clear about this. The product comes from Switzerland which is not part of the EU so you end up having to pay customs charges. The first package was lost and they did send another but this is not the point. I do not like companies that make out like they are in the same country as you when they are not!! I originally ordered the products in November and didn't actually get the order till this week and i'm not going to collect it because i have to pay an extra 322 czk. This is not a good shopping experience at all. All this time my dog has been in a foreign country with no dog tag. Save yourself the hassle and order from a czech company based in CZ who will benefit from your business.

Objednal jsem psí známky s gravírováním a mohu říci že kvalita materiálu, zpracování poměr cena výkon je fakt super, určitě zde ještě nakoupím.

Objednal jsem už potřetí a vždy jsem spokojený, zápory jsou delší čekací lhůta na balíček a není možné sledovat průběh doručení online, zákazník musí pouze počkat až balíček dorazí.
Za mě určitě můžu doporučit, už dvakrát jsem objednal obojek se jménem pro pejska a moc pěkný.

First experience was a little bit stressing because of all the time it took to have our order in our hands - they produce it in Gibraltar and send it from Switzerland by regular post service so it may take a lot of time (weeks) before arriving. First product was not very nice (was difficult to read the number of the phone) but they were all the time very communicative and even offered me to send free of all charges an other one and everything went well this time. So no worries, just have a little bit more patience... The service of your own design of the product for your dog or cat is very good and they have a lot of options. so in general I am happy with this enterprise. Thank you!
