I worked with zocket for few months and my personal guide through this process was Naveen. Zocket team were really helpful, they even went beyond the scope of the work we discussed they offered marketing advice and support on top of the ad account service, that was a nice of them. I have already recommended them to my friend who struggled with the same issue and I hope he can get his ads up too, I am planning to start working with them on ad management side of things now. Doing ads for my industry was complicated but we managed to put ourselves out there, friendly caring and respectful people.

Complete Scam false pricing pathetic customer service agents. There are far better platforms with less pricing and good results. Don't get confused with 5 star reviews. Dont waste your time and money

The main purpose of giving this review is that you should not get scammed, if you are working with them then do not renew all your plans now and do not do this in any ad agency account, these people are total number one thieves

This is a scam and fraud. They do not offer refunds, and their website takes an auto-monthly subscription. Even though we didn't do business that month, they directly took more than $1000 from our credit card. How disgusting!! I will report all of these to Meta.

Load of shit scam company, wants my business docs just to have a chat. Specially that chat guy Mark - these kids think they can just swindle docs from you and create accounts from those docs and leverage them to scam customers - bullshit company. Stay away.

I don't know how I can describe how bad is there service. How bad their solution that never worked.
My campaigns got stopped for errors automatically every a few days, and loose al the learning, it took them weeks to give you the same generic answer, we have an issue with facebook and we are working on it. it's never a problem on their side, they never fix a problem.they don't answer you
I struggled with them for months and I lost a lot of money.
If you need a good advice, avoid them their is many solution out their. don't work with them.

THEY DON'T ANSWER, THEY JUST IGNORE ME. AND WHEN THEY FINALLY ANSWER, THEY ONLY MAKE EXCUSES EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD ALREADY CONFIRMED THE REFUND. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CLEAR ANSWER FOR MORE THAN A MONTH.

THEIR PLANS ARE GARBAGE, THEY DON'T GIVE YOU WHAT THEY PROMISE, IN MY CASE IT WAS A VERIFIED GOOGLE ADS ACCOUNT THAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE PLAN, BUT NOT ONLY THEY DIDN'T GIVE IT TO ME, TO SOLVE IT THEY ONLY ASKED ME TO ADD MORE MONEY. THEY ARE DISGUSTING RATS

Zocket is a good solution with a great marketing support team. I had few drop in spends
