Absolutely Horrifying Experience – Unsafe Food Delivered
I had one of the worst experiences ever with Zomato. I placed an order for Chicken Tikka Biryani from Metro 5 Family Dining (Majiwada, Thane) on 1st April for my son-in-law, as I was ordering remotely from Allahabad.
What was delivered was shocking — the food was clearly rotten, foul-smelling, and excessively spicy to the point of being completely inedible. This is not just poor service; this is a serious food safety hazard.
Zomato claims to be a reliable food delivery platform, but incidents like this show a complete lack of quality control and accountability. How can such unsafe food even be allowed on your platform?
Despite paying ₹516.83, the experience was disgusting and deeply disappointing. This kind of negligence could have easily led to serious health issues.
I strongly urge others to think twice before ordering, especially for loved ones. Zomato must take responsibility, ensure strict hygiene checks, and stop partnering with such irresponsible restaurants
