I had a win on the 17th June and attempted to make a withdrawal 3 days later it was rejected due to needing to be verified. I supplied all documents, passport, photo of me holding passport, utility bill and bank statement showing the deposits I made. 3 days later my Verification and withdrawal were rejected due to proof of adress and bank details. I submitted more documents and waited 3 more days this time I was rejected due to bank details. I supplied another bank statement showing the transactions screen shots of the transactions made at the exact same time as the deposits to the account my withdrawal/ verification took 6 days instead on the stated 3 business days for them to reject and send me a automated email. I have emailed over 20 times with no response. I wish I had read the reviews on here. Please save yourself the head ache!

I won £500, one month ago, they keep rejecting my documents, making excuses, they still have not payed me.
For proof of address, I gave Bank statement, council tax bill, all sorts with my address, they are saying my address is wrong, it is clear to see that they don't want to pay the winnings.
I am so frustrated with these people.
Wish I had read the reviews before I play.
All the reviews on here is right especially the verification of documents, keep been rejecting, they don't want to pay out winnings .

Playing roulette and just before the ball drops on a number you lose connection and low and behold it’s not one off your numbers and had a one pound on 29 and low and behold it never paid out even when it landed on it that’s when a never lost connection there’s nothing wrong with my internet and it’s happened several times

Scammers been trying to withdraw my funds for the last 4 weeks to keep getting rejected saying verification this and verification that I have given them all the documents in the right format over 10 times just to keep getting rejected total scammers don't play here people I wish I had seen the reviews before hand but hey ho if it helps someone else then its a job well done

Scammers, there is no way to contact them about verification or withdrawals.

Every withdrawal request takes 3 days to be processed only to be rejected for various reasons regarding verification.

Very poor been waiting 3 weeks now for my account to be verified just do anything possible to reject your withdrawal and make you do the process all over again just giving you the run around paid me 2 of my withdrawals now all of a sudden need every document going to verify the account really poor

Avoid avoid. Initially paid out £100 and then £75 no issues. Since then Ive been waiting on a withdrawal of £500 for 3 weeks! They use every tactic under the sun to delay and reject payout so you have to start the process again then say the system has crashed. Total scammers. Reporting them to the gaming commission. Do yourself a favour and avoid them. Update. After one month I finally received payment. I threatened to instigate Chargeback for my deposits from my bank and also to report them to Action Fraud. Within 2 days the money was in my account so you may wish to do the same to receive your winnings. Hope that helps.

I haven't been able to withdraw my winnings since Saturday. The operator is very kind and will be patient. Don't spend money at this casino; you won't get your money if you win. Before starting any gaming platform, do some research. It seems they aren't honest. They'll lie to you and want your personal information. To withdraw money, this shouldn't normally happen.
