Noone responds on contact form. Order import does not work properly. Some orders are not imported. Impossible to solve anything, when there is no customer support. Review e-mails are not sent, just queued and waiting to be sent (they should have been sent more then 2 weeks ago).

Nobody responds to tickets or chats, time to cancel subscription.

Email service not working for almost a month now. I tried to talk to their customer service but now one is responding. I understand sometimes there is technical issues and it takes time to solve it. But it is another thing they ignored 4 of my customer service ticket.

Can not change product nicknames. Contact customer service, and surprised to find out they even don't know about this. Even though this have happened for like a month now.
Even now and then there is a issue with Zonmaster I am thinking about using something else.

There is an abundance of useful content, helpful tutorials, and tips to help guide you through sending out emails, getting reviews, and much more. Their dashboard is nicely setup and organized with all the data points you need. Awesome platform!

This service is dead. I bought the subscription in March 2021 and it turned out that there is no support for European Amazon markets anymore. I tried to contact support numerous times but i did not get any response. Back in 2018 i was using Zonmaster and it was good then. Now i believe they abondoned this service.

Recommended. I have had several tickets with them over 5 years or so, and they have always responded politely. In fact, sometimes the owner responds himself. The software works well, and they keep improving the stats and other features over time. Also, it is much cheaper than other services especially if you use multiple Amazon countries.
