“Fraud jaisi service hai. Payment lete waqt sab fast tha, lekin refund dene ke time sab gayab ho gaye. Customer support useless hai, bas ghumate rehte hain. Itna mentally disturb aur frustrated kisi service ne nahi kiya. Kisi ko bhi yahan paise lagane se pehle 100 baar sochna chahiye. Bilkul trust ke layak nahi.”

Food was not fresh

Food was not fresh, paneer was not good veg briyani tasted steal didn't received butter milk and papad which was mentioned in the menu and the delivery boy said the price of the missing items will be refunded but yet I haven't received any refund from your side

Worst experience ever and ever...this never happened with me earlier...one of my family member was travelling alone and thus we ordered food for him online via irctc and choose this app to order... They did NOT deliver our food... They don't worry of anything,,,, there would be someone hungry in train with no pantry car.... No contact... Just a no. On which just a lady attended a time and computerized whatsApp no. . What to do now?? The sorry is never gonna work here... & what about the refund???... I want it back damn it by hook or by crook!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Such a bad experience with Zoop

Such a bad experience with Zoop. My friend was hungry, and I ordered for him at Itarsi station through this app by putting in all the details of PNR, contact, mail, etc. I paid online; that's the only mistake I have made. They looted, no calls, no food, no respect that someone is hungry inside at 10 pm.

Very worst delivery and staff

Very worst delivery and staff, I had ordered 3 food items but recieved only one that too wrong product very worst infrastructure, the train was starting still the delivery guy says it will come sir it will come even train was running the asholer says coming and I catch train by running bcoz I can't keep my family on hungry. In that late night how zoop executive can say sorry food was not delivered at that time where should customers go, please start your business with pan shop maintain it correctly and then go for street food center and slowly slowly go to good position but not by cheating or not properly maintaining the staff and the delivery staff looks like( I can't explain in words)

I have order food at bhusawal jn from krishna restaurant pure veg food was very poor quality

I have order food in bhusawal and food was very cheap quality but zoop has given 4 + rating i have paid rs 809
But due to bad quality of food we dont eat it
I request you all dont trust on such aap like zoop
We were very hungry .but in the end we get very poor quality of food due to zoop rating
