If I could give a zero star rating, I would—Order placed 31 Dec. Given a Yodel tracking number that was never recognised. After two weeks with no delivery, I emailed FIVE times and received no response at all. Item only arrived after I escalated and threatened a chargeback. Very poor communication and service — I wouldn’t order again.

I was excited to use the nail polish I ordered but when I received the box there was nothing in it/ it looked like it had been opened. I emailed them but no response. So disappointed with the customer service!!!
They are not a company to be trusted
Have used the product for many years even recommended the company to professional manicurists out of the Uk !!
But all went wrong last May when I wanted to reorder , they took my money but said there wax a delay as they we’re working to resolve the problem with the polish , as I had used them several times I didn’t worry but when it got to September I began emailing to no avail & in October again
It’s bad enough to lose the money but to be treated so badly is very disappointing

I ordered nail polish, from this scam web-shop, 5 weeks ago. The nail polish never arrived. I emailed the web-shop, so many times, but they never replied. I just wish I had read these reviews before parting with my money! Be warned, although Zoya nail polish is a genuine product, THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! They will take your money, but never send your order!
Scam company
Scam company. Don’t order from them. Didn’t send me my order. Made up rubbish about quality issues and said they’d dispatch within a week. I ordered start of August and we’re at the end of September now. Avoid this fraudulent company!!!!
Items are never shipped and you can’t get in touch
I ordered nail polish that was never dispatched. Usually things are shipped from other companies within two days and Zoya say they deliver within four business days. My order was never dispatched, I didn’t receive a word of communication from them despite several emails. I had to file for a scam with my credit card company.
This was really disappointing as they’re a reputable brand, luckily I haven’t experienced a similar scam in all of my online shopping adventures!

As with many people it seems, I have not received my order or been able to contact the company. Thankfully I had only ordered one nail polish so only paid just under £13 with postage, but it’s still very annoying as I don’t expect to either receive what I paid for or my money back. A lesson to me to do my due diligence before I buy things online!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I bought nail varnishes that never arrived, when I contacted zoya they admitted to never sending them and would provide me a full refund. They have never paid the refund and refuse to answer my emails.

So Scammy!! Apparently using a promo code voids the return eligibility. This is buried in their Ts/Cs but conveniently left that detail out when pushing the promo in the online shop. I tried to leave a review on the product and the page won't load so I can work on it. Again, how convenient.

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering 2 months ago. They emailed confirmation of my order, then later apologised for a delay in shipment as it hadn't met quality control standards. I still haven't received my 2 nail polishes though and have emailed them twice, without any response. Avoid this company as I feel sure it is a scam.
Order never arrived
Have ordered several polishes from this company in the past, but my most recent order from June 21st has not arrived over 2 months later. I had one apologetic response advising me my order would be processed within a week - which was over a month ago and then nothing. From other reviews, it sadly looks like this company is no longer operating customer orders effectively. Great shame as the polishes are great - unlike customer service which doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. I paid £28 for couple of nail polishes. Never received any shipping info. On chasing,the company said production issue and they will refund. 4 months now and I am still chasing my refund.

If i could give no stars i would. Wish I'd read the reviews too. Order placed on 27th June, advised order delayed then no further information. When I asked for a refund, one email to confirm it had been processed and 2 weeks later still waiting. I will raise s dispute with my bank and look into where this fraudulent and scam company can be reported to
I never used to have issues with Zoya…
I never used to have issues with Zoya and buying directly from their website but it has become a complete scam. Placed 2 orders and after months without any sign of it, asked to cancel and refund the orders. I had email confirmation of the cancellation but whenever I chased for the refund, I was told it will be in my account within a few days. 3 months later and I still haven’t had any money back. I ended up raising a payment dispute through my bank to get my money back.

Wish I’d read the reviews on here before placing my order because I too received an email a week after placing my order stating that due to quality issues there would be a delay or I could request a refund. I requested a refund, which of course, I am yet to see processed. Thankfully I paid by credit card so am now in the process of raising a dispute for goods not received.

I just read the reviews silly me I trusted zoya and so did not check, and put in an order and you are right first the order is being shipped then oh the bactch was faulty etc etc. I will tell my credit card people this should be stopped
Scam, they never shipped my order but still keep my money
I placed an order at the beginning of April. My order is still "unfulfilled" an it is now mid June.
They never gave me any update until I asked them via email. They then stated that my order would have been shipped after the Easter break. Obviously they did not ship it, so I contatcted them again and this time they gave me another date in May, and never shipped anything by then too.
On the 1st of June, I asked for a refund and got a confirmation email said it was processed. Guess what? After two weeks, I am still waiting for the refund.
