Excellent company
Excellent company! I searched through many shop providers until I found them and decided to take a chance on them. Pricing is the best you will find and customer support is exceptional!
I previously used Zencart but after 3 website hacks I had to find an alternative. I may not have full control of my site but with the included SSL certificate and extra security I can live with that!
If you want to set up an on-line shop I would definitely recommend them!

Cost effective e-commerce with outstanding support.
The most cost effective e-commerce platform that I’ve found without sacrificing quality. Their customer support is particularly outstanding with quick replies that have always gone the extra mile to sort out any problems I have. Their support team really bend over backwards to fix any issues. I’d recommend them to anybody looking for an e-commerce solution.

I just wanted to leave a great review for this these guys! The customer service from ZP is second to none and email replies are incredibly quick. The only thing that would be quicker would be a live chat system but if they haven't got the dedicated man power then this might not be possible. The site is very powerful and lets the average Joe with a very minimal computer / website knowledge upload and list times for sale, its VERY user friendly. We've been using ZP for a number of years with different stores and the constant updates are very good making it easier all the time. The recent 2.0 update is a huge transformation which unlocks many more useful features. I know it may sound a bit full tilt but its the genuine truth and I could not recommend using their service enough! If you're looking for a 'one stop shop' excuse the pun, then start a free trial!!

Payment problem caused a few issues
Was great until there was a problem with my bank card.
However once ZPE were made aware (which took a while due to email issues which I'm assured have now been resolved) the problem was dealt with swiftly.
I have now renewed with ZPE.

A very good value for money eCommerce solution
Found this site by accident and used the trial period until the last minute, During this time we messaged several times asking questions that were answered to our full satisfaction on all occasions. Personally we find the templates easy to use and we now have a professional website that can take secure payments, manage stock availability and effectively communicate with our customers efficiently. Good E-commerce and Technical Support
Good response and contain from technical support to the situation when it’s urgent; however, the website is not requiring experts and can be edited, finalized and adjusted by anyone.
The dashboard is simple. And the website E-commerce is having a good shopping card when orders are placed and PayPal is very simple to be installed
Finally, products can be added easy and fast with ability to have many options to satisfy customers.

Fresh, affordable and competitive website
I have used ZPeCommerce for just over a year, mostly playing around with a few ideas and their offerings.
I now have an almost complete website which has been relatively easy to build with ZPeCommerce and their provided templates and accesories. When I have been in doubt, I have been able to contact and receive a quick solution making building my website even easier.
If you're in need of a professional looking website then ZPeCommerce should be your answer. They're continuously updating too so it keeps the ability to have a fresh and competitive looking website.

I cannot fault ZPecommerce. Replies to a few tech support questions have always been quick and sufficient to get the problem resolved.
I am just setting up my third site with them, my needs are small but having over the years tried many other ecommerce platforms ( many costing much more than ZPE) I have found none fit my needs as well as ZPE, the shipping rules are particularly beneficial. As with any site builder there is a learning curve but the user guide pages are clear and easy to follow.
More than happy to recommend them.

All you need in one place
these guys have been amazing to me, I am totally new at websites and have inundated these guys with help requests and they have answered them all, done some of the work for me and sent me tutorials for other problems, sure I will have more questions for them and I am confident they will be there to help me again,
I treid other sites like weebly, wix etc but none were as easy as this or as helpful, thank you ZPeCommerce.....

Very pleased with the ease at which you can set up the website and maintain it. Any problems that I have encountered have been sorted very quickly by ZPeCommerce, they actually reply to your messages unlike many other companies. I can make changes to any page and list my products with no effort. The price for their services is very competitive and in many cases much cheaper with a first class back up.
