Excellent costumer service!! The wigs are amazing. I always get a longer length than I order. I just wish they had 4/b or 4c hair texture bundles so I can finally do a flip over sewin!! :)

I’ve been using ZSF hair for 2 years now and have had an amazing experience with them. Their customer service is the best. Very easy and transparent. The delivery process is super fast. Your hair will deliver in a week or less ! And last but not least the hair is top tier and super affordable. ZSF hair comes longer than length purchased, hair is super soft and very minimal shedding. I couldn’t ask for a better hair company !

Hairstylist approved. 💁🏽‍♀️Lace eats 🤏🏾 curls 💦. I asked for a small wig cap and it is right on point, wig fits like a glove 🫱🏾‍🫲🏾

I'm having my hair installed this week. But not only was the delivery pretty fast, but the quality of the hair is great. 250 density is very much full out the bag. Soft and beautiful. I will purchase again and you should too.

I ordered the wig on Wednesday and my hair appointment was on Monday and the wig came faster than I expected. Also, THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST WIG I EVER GOTTT!! I ordered a 24 inch but it looks more like a 28-30 inch which is so tea. It is very thick for a 150 density, it is 100% human hair no synthetic blends like the amazon wigs. My stylist said this is one of the best wigs she installed the frontal was so good and just an overall 10/10. The communication & customer service was fast and amazing.

I’ve been shopping here for the past 7 months with no problem. Amazing long lasting quality hair. Also, the costumer service reply really fast for any concern or questions !!!

I’m very satisfied with my order! The customer service is excellent — responsive and attentive. The hair quality is amazing: soft, silky, and exactly as described. I highly recommend it!

My wig came quickly and it was beautiful! Excellent quality hair and the color was very vibrant. I’m very pleased with my new wig!

The hair was nice and soft, bundles are full as well as true to length. Order came in a good time and 10/10 customer definitely will be buying from here again!

ZSF has truly won my heart! From the moment I placed my order, they made sure every single detail was perfect before shipping. They took the time to confirm everything, from the hair type to the sizing, ensuring I got the right fit for me. Even when I was indecisive, they patiently guided me, offering expert advice to help me choose what would work best. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with ZSF! From start to finish, their communication was top-tier every question I had was answered promptly and in detail. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, from order confirmation to shipping, making sure I felt confident every step of the way.

Now, let’s talk about the hair, it is PERFECTION! The softness is unreal, and there was zero smell straight out of the package. The lace is flawless, blending seamlessly for a natural look. And the best part? They pre-plucked and customized the hairline for me at no extra charge! That level of service is rare, and it made my install so much easier.

ZSF truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The attention to detail, the exceptional customer service, and the high-quality hair have earned my trust and loyalty. This is the only place I’m buying my hair from now on! If you want premium hair and a stress-free, personalized experience, ZSF is the way to go. Highly, highly recommend a million percent

I have been shopping with Zsf since 2023, and they have been awesome. The quality of the hair is good and the lace is good. They are also good with communication and they get back asap. Anytime there is an inconvenience they prioritize to help you in the best of their ability. All In all I highly recommend Zsf is great for business.

Arrived on time. Hair feels smooth and flowy. HD lace on point. Would definitely buy again next time.
