Zuku is the shitiest internet provider company.I will never ever purchase zuku again.

If possible, I'd give them a 0.5 rating. Extremely poor support services. Frustrating experience even from things as little as getting a refund.
Their services are pathetic
The customer is very wanting
They are good at reminding you to pay up your subscription and end up giving you poor services
Then customer care you kept waiting for close to and hr till you hang up and give up. This is a company that lacks basic principles of customer care service. A single issue cannot be solved by 4 customer care agents. You try following up with emails, what'sapp text but nada. You'll just get empty promises of reverting back & raising tickets. Don't waste your money.

Zuku is total crap and unreliable. Prolonged and poor customer support. I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Worst internet service provider I have ever used I tried them for a few months and I was forced to go back to my former ISP. Most of the time the internet has issues and when you call customer care no answers. I would never recommend them to anyone

Worst internet provider of all time. Like there’s literally no internet it doesn’t even work. It cuts for WEEKS . How can there be no wifi for over a week? Multiple times , even now this is day 3 with no wifi. Literally biggest bunch of morons ever .

Constant, Intermittent internet connection. Very slow speeds and expecting full pay after end of the month. You get a speed below 90%.
the IT team are clueless. They have too many customers but can't provide contracted speed limit. Zuku if you are reading this, Try upgrading your backhaul before subscribing more customers into an already overcrowded equipments.
Stay away from this ISP.

Having used zuku fiber for over 3 years, I can say their speed is horrible no matter the package you pay for. very expensive but very useless. Always finding an angle to make you pay more

So useless, don't install for your own benefit try safaricom please.

They refused to refund me my money after finding out they didn't have a pole in our area. They keep giving you excuses without tangible action. Very unprofessional

It's the most pathetic service they dont pick our calls but wait when its PAYMENT TIME THEY WILL CALL WITHOUT HESITATION SHAME !!!

THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE ON THE PLANET. NO PROPER CONNECTIONS AND ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. HOW CAN THE INTERNET KEEP DISCONNECTING 25 TIMES A DAY 🤦🏾‍♂️ ABSOLUTELY STUPID.

Just the worst internet provider i have seen the internet does not even work at 1 mbps just poor service never ever had been given the solution to fix call they just tell to restart

I have been having service issues with Zuku Internet. Paying for speeds of 30Mbps, and since December 2021, I am receiving speeds of less than 3Mbps. I have been calling them every other day, and they keep asking me to restart the router, while they play with settings on their end. They keep saying it's an issue and shall be resolved. They've also mentioned a technician will come like thrice, but no one has called since. Keep having to call them for their poor service. Their best response is "Apologies for this"... I don't need an apology, need them to get up and resolve stuff. They need to place email addresses of their senior staff, so also they are aware of the issues they have. Not sure, if everyone in the team is this ignorant of the issues!

Zuku internet is total crap very unreliable, horrible customer care service and they have the nerve to steal from unsuspecting customers baiting them with non existent dedicated internet services and static IP addresses. then the so called customer satisfaction manager has the nerve to talk about how busy she is just selling garbage!!! Zuku is the worst i home you catch fire and burn to the ground!!

Their customer care service is way below average. It is also costly to contact them with you being placed on hold for more than 7 minutes. Remember you are charged Ksh.5 per minute

Zuku is honestly a disappointing WiFi- provider in East Africa. The part that aggravates me the most is the gaming part, i have been stuck on 200 ping for a long time and constantly i have been asking zuku customer service to help and they are exceedingly reluctant. All of them have the same story and go by the same lines. I hope zuku sees how ignorant they are being towards their customers. I have bought everything that needs to be bought that needs good ping (lan cable, etc), and they arrogantly say its my game that's a fault. Then i always question the fact that my friends pay for the exact same WiFi package as me (20 mbps) and they get 60 ping and i get 200 ping. These customer service attendants are chasing away people. This is a factor Zuku needs to fix because I as a customer is becoming exceedingly inpatient with your unprofessional WiFi service and customer service attendants. I hope Zuku reads this review and the voices of their inpateint customers

The worst internet provider ever, constant interruptions you pay for a month and in the end around two to three days of that zuku will have had problems. So annoying!

This is one of the worst Internet one could ever think of. Zuku management should be a shamed of themselves. It's the worst and i hate it. Pull your socks or better just leave the internet industry. You don't belong here.

Wow I would like to personally meet the owner because of this crap wifi..My dog my 2 year old dog could spit and make a better wifi..THIS WIFI IS GARBAGE.If your still using this please change to safaricom GOODBYE YAAAAAAAAA UR BAD TRASH STINKY MUSTY CRUSTY LIKE UR GRANDFATHER CUZ HE IS DEAD AS HELL
