From the ordering process to the installation, everything was perfect. The quick setup was important to me. The operation is easy to understand and it works as it should.
Zyphertech did great, the discord team I would not let Devs sell. Felt the mind frame was why buy it if u don't know how to use it. But I bought it and learned faster then I thought and doing well. Love the product wish I would have bought sooner. But everything happens for a reason. But yes I would say have a sales team that doesn't mix emotional thoughts in with the product I do realize that's hard because it needs to be set up but so tech support is sales at the same time but once again amazing omg I come from a age where u buy a game and that's it here u created more and more to it and my players love it well worth the investment
The best bot that allows you to do everything easily and simply. A log that shows you all the details of what each player is doing and many, many features.

Dev team and IGC services were spectacular, luckily every time I had an issue it was handled right away. I definitely recommend the service as the team will guide you in the correct direction.
I received very good care and they solved all my problems and also made me realize that most of them were created by myself.
I think that the service is amazing, the team sends updates, and is super helpful. The Tech for this is beyond helpful, I really wish and hope these folks keep up the great work.
