Called Bring - but I had to go fetch
Didn't deliver to the address requested, but to a collection point a couple of km away. Collecting was easy, but I had to get there first.

Hi Tim,
I'm sorry if you hadn't been informed of this delivery method. Your sender only sends packages to these parcel shops of ours. This is senders choice. So unfortunately we can't deliver their packages in any other way - unless you get your sender to send us a new label with a different address.
Hopefully this information was relevant for you - at least so you won't be surprised the next time you order a package from this sender.
