Placed an order a month ago for an item that was in stock. After two weeks I contacted customer services informing them that the item had NOT been delivered even though it was shown as dispatched though there was no tracking number ! The Hermes site shows waiting for parcel, so it hasn't reached them yet. I have yet to receive an answer from customer services even though I contacted them again. I will now be claiming my money back. I recommend that you "Go elsewhere" to shop.
