Disappointing
Disappointing and this is not the first time. Out of 6 purchases, three broken units, returned or replaced. It looks lovely furniture and as part of a collection, you are sort of hooked in, but they don't seem to be able to get it delivered safely. Clearly packaging is insufficient. I am surprised after various conversations in trying to help that you get the same inane email response, a discount 15% which is quite frankly an insult on a £500 unit that is split, and why would you, they have the pictures showing the damage: or a replacement or refund. We just cant go through the stress of waiting for a replacement knowing it has a high chance of damage. I even had one item delivered to store, so i could open in store, before taking it. Either the goods are so over priced they can afford so many breakages, or they will go out of business, anyway, no more. Customer loyalty stretched too far.
