Had to give one star as no other option. This disgusting airline have today not allowed our son and his girlfriend to board their flight home from Barcelona and took their bag off. They were at the gate in time but the staff gave no reason other than the gate had closed. Staff were rude and non informative. On checking the flight appears to have left early as it was due to arrive earlier than the original arrival time. Was the plane overbooked? Did they simply jump on an earlier departure slot with no consideration for passengers who hadn't boarded? DONT travel with this airline - this seems to be a common occurrence with them - other reviews state similar facts.
