Via Activa has just ruined our calm & quiet morning at Arco da Calheta. They are running an extremely noisy ATV in circles, in a park behind the Pavilhao, making nasty fumes and an absolutely insane amount of noise. Clearly, these individuals have no respect for the public welfare and noise regulations, god knows what other law they are breaking.

UPD: Just talked to the neighbours - no one is happy about this nuisance, so we are going to report Via Activa to the police. If you are suffering from their activities too - I'd encourage you to do the same.
