Do not give them your credit card info. I tried to terminate my account and they convinced me to stay with the promise of not having to pay a monthly fee. Turns out they were lying. They charged me a monthly fee and I’m refusing to get my money back. I’m getting the runaround from multiple agents, and now I have to dispute the charge with my card. Luckily, I saved all the transcripts and email saying I would not be charged her anything.
