Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to lose you as a customer.
We take our customers data and identity protection very seriously. As explained in our text and email of 29/10/2023 we believed that someone may have attempted to use your identity to take out car insurance.
We can see that we requested a copy of your driving licence to confirm your identity but this wasn't received. We've therefore cancelled your insurance and refunded any payments to the card on which the policy was taken out on.
