When I sign in I have been told that I can cancel my membership any time, when I did it surprisingly I have to pay additional 20£ administration fee or something like that, cancel due to lack of equipment and now this place is too small for so many people.

We're sorry to hear you have been frustrated with certain payments when trying to cancel. I believe you are referring to our 30-day cancellation policy which is stated in all membership T & C's however, if you feel this is incorrect, please contact your énergie team directly and they will be able to assist you.
