I bought this for my daughter who is at university - great in the winter with the heat setting, but now with the current warm spell (May 2024) it appears the ‘cooler’ claim hence the 3 in 1 is not a cooler after all!! It just circulates the ambient temperature. Not much good if you start with a room temperature of 25c - 27c. I called to query if she was doing something wrong or was there some setting she was missing, but no they said it’s not an air conditioning type of appliance. So I asked what’s the claim it cools and why say it’s 3 in 1 when really it’s 2 in 1 ie hort or just a fan ( which I think is a cheaper model?),
Same response - disappointing!!!
It’s not that I didn’t research - but the once purchased the user manual does state that it uses ambient air! So why have a temperature setting that goes down to a low setting if that’s not achievable?? If you need a real cooler and heater search further.
