Support Review

I work directly with Linga's support team daily as we have a plethora of customers using Linga for their POS with more being added weekly. All of the support staff are polite, helpful and go out of their way to make sure our customers are taken care of. Today I wanted to highlight one of your support representatives who always goes above and beyond. Nate has helped me time and time again from small programming issues (when I forget how to do something) to larger issues when I need help fixing something. He always follows up to make sure whatever issue I have has been resolved. He takes the time to walk through things and teach me the things I am still learning; some things may not be in his job description but he is always willing to help. It is hard to find great customer service but Nate definitely has that down. It’s nice when you find someone who truly cares and wants to help and not just go through the motions.
