I joined the gym after years, months of stressing about not knowing what I was doing. I hadn’t trained for nearly 8 years since having my daughter. Louise made me feel right at home made me want to keep going back and just thoroughly loving the gym life again. She has made my whole experience so much easier and settled me straight back in.
