Had 2 parcels delivered this week from…

Had 2 parcels delivered this week from Yodel, came on seperate days, both damaged and broken. The parcels say "Fragile" on the outside but this was obviously ignored. I now have the hassle of dealing with this because delivery drivers have paid no attention to the label. This can only be a case of damaged in transit as there is no way that they would have been picked up in this condition.
